Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)’s Evaluation Unit requested Savica to conduct the evaluation of the MSF Reaction Assessment Collaboration Hub (REACH) Project, an online platform that aims to support MSF’s needs for improved information management in emergencies and more efficient decision-making during disasters. The evaluation focused on identifying the functional and structural values of the platform in the emergency response context and mapping the main determinants of success of the project.
In collaboration with an IT expert from Sri Lanka, Savica conducted an in-depth evaluation using extensive desk review, remote in-depth interviews and group discussions with stakeholders, as well as an online survey The results received very positive feedback from MSF and were disseminated internally among global MSF teams through a webinar event on April 8, 2021.
