Under the umbrella of the KonTerra Group, Savica provided a team of evaluators and researchers for the evaluation of the WFP Country Strategic Plan Evaluation (CSPE) in Indonesia. Having moved from direct distribution to capacity building and advocacy, the evaluation centered on how the WFP capacity building for the Government of Indonesia impacted on Government programs and policies.
In addition to extensive desk review of related documents, the evaluation covers in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with stakeholders at national, provincial, district and implementation levels. Two teams of qualitative researchers visit three districts in two provinces in Indonesia to collect information for two case studies to provide depth to the analysis.
The field work took place in August and September 2019.
