As part of its capacity building mission, Savica has launched an intensive coaching programme to teach young professionals how to compose a strong CV and cover letter that will make them stand out and increase their chances on an increasingly competitive job market. This two day course includes insights on how a recruiter views CVs and cover letters, as well as individual detailed coaching and mentoring to improve the participants’ CV and cover letter, and tips on how to tailor these to each specific vacancy. This course has evolved from trainings given in 2018 and 2020 for fresh graduates in nutrition at Universitas Brawijaya, and are now open to the wider public.
