Over 20 years experience in recruitment of staff for health and nutrition programs in Indonesia has culminated in the development of a training on “how to compose an effective CV”. This was tried out successfully with approximately 120 fresh Nutrition graduates at the Medical Faculty of Brawijaya University in Malang.
A full-day workshop and post-workshop individual feedback by email provided the participants with better insights and skills to write their CV so that it will stand out positively during the selection process.
